With just a few clicks, the driver can log a claim without the hassle of carrying paper documents or buying them at a petrol station. As a fleet owner, you’ll have a comprehensive overview of all claims submitted for your fleet.
How does it work?
- The driver of the car or fleet manager of the company has to log in to Cachet.me or open the Cachet app.
- Find Claims menu and fill in the form – description of what happened, photos or videos, the location of the accident on the map using the GPS solution.
- After the driver submits the form, we’ll send notification.
- You’ll receive a notification to review it and we`ll forward it immediately to insurer.
- The insurer will get in touch with you.
