With just a few clicks, the driver can log a claim without the hassle of carrying paper documents or buying them at a petrol station. As a fleet owner, you’ll have a comprehensive overview of all claims submitted for your fleet.

How does it work?

  1. The driver of the car or fleet manager of the company has to log in to Cachet.me or open the Cachet app.
  2. Find Claims menu and fill in the form – description of what happened, photos or videos, the location of the accident on the map using the GPS solution. 
  3. After the driver submits the form, we’ll send notification.
  4. You’ll receive a notification to review it and we`ll forward it immediately to insurer.
  5. The insurer will get in touch with you.
