We are looking for a person, who is fluent in Latvian and in Russian and understands English. We want a go-the-extra-mile and make customers smile kind of a person, who enjoys start-up life and the learning curve we will offer you to be our eyes, ears, and hearts in Latvia.

What will you do:

• Work with the support team to answer and assist customers via live chat and emails, sometimes phone.
• Help with product and promotion localization questions.
• Sales support and market research

We’re looking for someone with:

• Fluency in written and verbal Latvian and Russian and a sufficient level of English is required.
• Interest for working in the field of insurance
• At least one year of experience working in a customer-facing role ideally in insurance
• Excellent people and communication skills
• Some knowledge of sales and marketing
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing environment, work independently and to solve problems while taking ownership in challenging situations
• Good understanding of email systems, social media, Slack, Excel, Intercom (not mandatory).
